High River MDR and Pharmacy Reno

This Construction Management project at the High River Health Centre focused on the phased renovation of the existing Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) and Central Sterile Supply (CSR) areas, as well as various Soiled Utility Rooms. Additionally, it included the relocation of the on-site pharmacy. The primary goal was to address the undersized MDR/CSR, ensuring physical separation from the Laundry area and introducing change rooms for both Decontamination and Clean/Sterile operations. Enhancements were also made to the Soiled Utility Rooms, featuring millwork, integrated stainless steel sinks, hand wash sinks, eye wash stations, and a comprehensive array of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
