Clover Bar Lodge is a state-of-the-art, four-story seniors housing facility situated on 7.2 acres in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This modern development features 144 fully wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free suites, each designed to ensure ease of movement and proximity to essential amenities. The facility is meticulously crafted to support the diverse needs of its residents, offering a comfortable and accessible living environment.

Each floor of Clover Bar Lodge includes dedicated dining and multipurpose rooms, fostering a sense of community and convenience. The main floor is a hub of activity, boasting a full commercial kitchen, family dining room, hair salon, commercial laundry facilities, a coffee/bistro area, and activity rooms.

Additionally, a large multipurpose room is available for event planning, making it a versatile space for residents and visitors alike. The upper floors are designed with resident-focused features, including resident laundries, a therapeutic tub room, and nurse/staff offices, ensuring that care and support are always within reach.
