4909 Renovation

This project featured the transformation of Red Deer’s historic downtown post-office building into a modern hybrid workspace. Construction included converting more than 10,000 square feet on the upper floor of the former federal building into a versatile environment tailored to the needs of contemporary businesses.

The design strategy for this project emphasized flexibility, functionality, and a modern feel while respecting the historical significance of the building. The new workspace featured private offices, meeting rooms, and creative spaces. This setup is ideal for companies that offer flexible work schedules and do not require permanent leased space.
