4311 Centre

The design and development of 4311 Centre was part of a larger vision held by the City of Red Deer that would see the creation of a modern lifestyle extension to the downtown business district of the city. The larger vision included the development of nearly two million square feet of commercial space, collectively incorporating services like restaurants, retail outlets, and commercial workspaces.

In a desire to participate in this vision, Shunda collaborated with Berry Architecture & Associates to design 4311 Centre. The collaborative effort produced a unique and modern commercial office space for the evolving community that inspires further development and growth in the downtown area.

4311 Centre was a key element of this vision, featuring 60,000 square feet of contemporary commercial office space. This building boasts underground parking, a modern design, and the integration of rooftop solar panels, contributing to sustainable energy use and a forward-thinking approach to development.
