Construction Management
Delivery Method - Construction Management Contract
In this scenario, Shunda acts on the owner’s behalf during pre-construction or design development. Shunda will provide you with cost analysis and tender your project, taking advantage of the great relationships we’ve established over the past 40 years.
Delivery Method - Integrated Product Delivery (IPD)
Integrated Project Delivery provides you access to contractor expertise and involvement from project conception. Shunda’s strong relationships with consultants and trades are emphasized in this delivery method as owners are given access to a wealth of construction knowledge from the onset of design to turnover and occupancy of your project.
Design-Build
Delivery Method - Stipulated Price Contract or Cost-Plus Contract
By partnering with registered professionals, Shunda plans your project to your budget, obtains your permits and utilities (and land if needed), and sees the project through to occupancy. This contract arrangement affords great flexibility. Shunda works with your financer to satisfy their prerequisites, and provide budgeting and reporting at any stage for transparency, and to provide clients with the confidence to make important decisions during their build.
